For The People, By The People, 501(c) non-profit exists for the people as a nonpartisan signature fundraising educational campaign to educate, celebrate and empower people with knowledge of the supreme law of the land, The Constitution of the United States, specifically the first 10 amendments, the bill of rights and other subsequent historical and civic documents that followed.

Constitutional knowledge has a profound and transformative effect on young minds, new immigrants, and everyday citizens, allowing them to understand how civics plays an important part in their daily lives. Our goal at FPBP is to get a copy of the constitution along with additional historical and civic readings in the hands of Five million Americans in low performing school districts throughout the nation within the next 5 years.
Praneet Franklin

Praneet Franklin is a 1st generation immigrant who was born in New Delhi, India to a family of Indian origin. During his early childhood, his parents worked as Educators and Missionaries. They migrated to the United States in the early 80's to start a new life. Seeing his parents navigate through the American system and achieving their dreams, Praneet became fascinated by American history and politics. His favorite documents: The United States Constitution, Declaration of Independence, The Gettysburg Address, Adams-Jefferson Letters.

On the professional front, Praneet's career spans 20 years in executive recruiting of global corporations. He has been a key strategist and hiring authority of major organizational expansion, and has been responsible for hiring thousands of employees nationwide. He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Political Science from University of Houston.
Nathan Drach

Nathan Drach is an entrepreneur who has developed and managed multiple companies throughout the last decade. His hard work, charisma and true passion for his business has helped Nathan’s reputation as a one of the fastest growing entrepreneurs in Texas. With over a decade of experience in startups and building teams, Nathan offers a unique blend of leadership, vision and knowledge. In addition to his executive duties, Nathan is also active in many organizations in the community. He dream is to empower next generation of children through financial literacy and knowledge of the supreme law of the land.

Pepper Franklin comes from a long line of entrepreneurs who have dedicated their lives to family and the country. She has been on the homeschooling journey with her husband and two children for the last 4 years. Pepper loves to share tips, tricks, inspiration, and unique resources that help ignite a love of learning in children that will last a lifetime. Pepper believes that family is created by God as the most fundamental institution in society, and she is dedicated to helping families nurture their children to become responsible persons of character and integrity.
Keith Mascarenhas

A senior industry expert with a career spanning over 25 years, Keith has led multiple business units with global outreach across industry verticals such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Automotive, and BFSI, to name a few.
Having lived in India and now a US citizen, Keith has worked across Europe and the Middle East, actively engaging with regional talent and gaining first hand understanding of the geopolitical and local markets.
With an engineering degree from India and an advanced Leadership Program from Rice University, Keith leads global organizations while actively supporting community initiatives in Houston, fostering the growth of the next generation.
Keith firmly believes that a country's success lies in its youth, with a strong conviction in the importance of both adherence to laws and a deep understanding of history as fundamental to achieving success.
